Refund Policy

Each of Host Capitol’s shared hosting, reseller hosting, and website builder plans carry a 30-day money back guarantee on them. Our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to administrative fees, installation fees for custom software, SSL Certificates, Dedicated IP Addresses, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, Semi-Dedicated Hosting, Web Design, or domain registration/transfer/renewals. Our Money Back Guarantee also does not apply to customers who received a free trial of any service. For any refund request, it is down to us if we agree with your reasoning. If we can fix the issue, then a refund will not be issued. Prepayments and account credit are ineligible to be refunded, or transferred to alternate accounts regardless if the upcoming billing term has started. Host Capitol will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance with Host Capitol. For a new order to be setup or a new package to be activated, you must have a balance of $0.00, unless otherwise stated by Host Capitol in writing.
